I believe that was because many considered that Barel had focused only on the Champs ignoring the Cup, giving him an advantage. |

I believe it was the famous team that built Whistler's A-line that also have built Magic Carpet. |

Too bad I saw this too late. Otherwise I'd be on the road right now. |

I still want to know where Dave Weagle ("inventor" of DW-link and Split-Pivot) is getting his money. He designed the linkage, he's holding the patent, now how can they call it something else, and not be mentioning Weagle's name. http://www.pinkbike.com/news/2007-Dave-Weagle-launches-new-suspension-system-SPLIT-PIVOT.html www.split-pivot.com |

To all the guys talking about single-pivots. There is no way of telling which is better. All linkages have their pros and cons. I.e. DW-link and VPP have fork dive and maintenance. And to those saying Transition bikes are faux-bar, yes they are, but on the other hand the Judge has a linkage actuated shock ratio too (so it's basically the same thing). And many, including me, consider the Judge's stroke curve as being the best linkage curve in the industry. So, you can all drop this now. Still good to see some change. And I'm almost willing to bet $1 that he goes to Giant. He just fits on a Glory. |

There haven't been anyone complaining about the aesthetics of the Honda RN01, have there? It's a shame to see Honda pulling out of the industry though. But you guys all sound like you have been misused and cheated on by some big evil corporate industry. This has been fact for long, that Honda were in the DH-scene to evolve their MX-bikes. And they have done a lot for the biking industry, they've pushed the technology further, introduced electric equipment, and forced their competitors to up their game. And they did not do it for money, how were they suppose to do that? I mean, running a WC-DH-team isn't really something you can make a living out of. |
